I Love Spring! Yay!

I don't usually consider the first day of spring the beginning of the harvest season, but this year I had something special happen. The carrots I planted last fall over wintered and produced a delicious crop of multi colored early spring carrots! Hopefully, it is a sign of things to come this year! I am looking forward to chronicling my garden bounty in this blog, I hope you will join me!
